Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (or more to taste)
- 1 packet stevia (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Extra raspberries and lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the raspberries, lime juice, stevia, and cold water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds, if desired.
- Pour the raspberry mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with extra raspberries and lime slices if desired, and serve immediately.
