Description

A refreshing and healthy raspberry lime sparkler that’s perfect for summer. This sparkling drink is made with fresh raspberries, lime juice, and stevia for a low-calorie, sugar-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (or more to taste)
  • 1 packet stevia (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra raspberries and lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the raspberries, lime juice, stevia, and cold water to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds, if desired.
  3. Pour the raspberry mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with extra raspberries and lime slices if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste using your preferred sweetener.
  • Use frozen raspberries for a colder, slushier drink.
  • You can skip straining the mixture if you don’t mind raspberry seeds.
