Description
This Reese’s Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy, and indulgent no-bake treat made with just four ingredients. Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers, this fudge is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 3 cups peanut butter chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups Reese’s Mini Pieces (plus more for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir continuously until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in 1½ cups of Reese’s Mini Pieces.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with additional Reese’s Mini Pieces and gently press them into the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Let the fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier cutting.
- Use a sharp knife and clean between cuts for neat squares.
