Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (curd)
- 1 medium cucumber, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber and add it to the yogurt.
- Add chopped mint leaves, salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder.
- Mix everything well until evenly combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
