Description
A refreshing and naturally sweet drink made with ripe peaches and tangy lemon juice, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and peach wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
 - Pour the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to strain out the pulp. Discard the solids.
 - Add the fresh lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to the peach juice, stirring until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
 - Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. You can add more honey or sugar for a sweeter flavor.
 - Refrigerate the peach lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill before serving.
 - Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and peach wedges for a refreshing touch.

Notes
- For a minty twist, add a handful of fresh mint leaves before blending.
 - For a fizzy version, substitute water with sparkling water or club soda.
 - To make an alcoholic version, add a splash of vodka, rum, or bourbon.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
 - For less sweetness, reduce honey or sugar and balance with more lemon juice.
 - You can use frozen peaches; just thaw them before blending.
