Description

This Roasted Garlic Aioli is a creamy, flavorful condiment made by blending roasted garlic with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Perfect as a dip, spread, or sauce for vegetables, sandwiches, and meats.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  3. Roast for 30–35 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden brown. Let cool.
  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of the skin into a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  6. Mix or blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
