Description
A creamy, rich roasted garlic aioli sauce made with roasted garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard – perfect as a dip, spread, or sauce for sandwiches and grilled dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.
- Let the garlic cool, then squeeze the cloves out into a bowl.
- Mash the garlic until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.

- Adjust garlic amount for stronger or milder flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
