Ingredients

1 pound breakfast sausage

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)

1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)

1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional for brushing)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Break it into small crumbles and drain excess fat.

  • Roll out the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.

  • Place a spoonful of cooked sausage in the center of each biscuit, adding cheese or spices if desired. Fold the biscuit edges around the sausage to form a ball.
