Description

These sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast roll-ups are a quick and delicious way to start your day. Perfect for busy mornings, they’re made with crescent rolls, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and melty cheese for a satisfying handheld meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. On each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  6. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point.
  7. Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute sausage with turkey sausage for a lighter option.
  • Add chopped veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated for busy mornings.
