Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- On each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point.
- Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- You can substitute sausage with turkey sausage for a lighter option.
