This Savory Pumpkin Hummus is a creamy, flavorful twist on traditional hummus, combining chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, and warm spices for a perfect fall-inspired dip or spread.
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2–4 tablespoons water, as needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except water in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.

- Great as a dip for veggies, pita chips, or as a spread in wraps and sandwiches.
