Ingredients

Lasagna noodles

Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Crab meat (fresh or imitation)

Ricotta cheese

Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Heavy cream

Butter

Garlic (minced)

Onion (chopped)

Spinach (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from heat.

  • In the same skillet, add crab meat, spinach (optional), and heavy cream. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.

  • Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese together in a separate bowl.

  • In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer seafood mixture, lasagna noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  1. Can use frozen seafood (ensure thawed and drained).
  2. Make-ahead option: Assemble, refrigerate for up to 24 hours, and bake later.
  3. Freezing: Assemble, cover tightly, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before baking.
