Description
A festive, no-bake dessert lasagna layered with minty flavor and green hues, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Golden Oreos (36 cookies), crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip, divided
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- Green food coloring
- St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (optional)
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor or by hand, and mix with melted butter.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, mix until smooth.
- Fold in half of the Cool Whip and a few drops of green food coloring until evenly mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese layer over the chilled crust. Return to the fridge.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 3 1/4 cups cold milk until thickened.
- Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 5–10 minutes to set.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and green food coloring (if desired) for extra color.
- Sprinkle with St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles and mini marshmallows if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- You can use mint Oreos for an extra minty flavor.
- Adjust the green food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
- Let it set overnight for best results.
