Description

A festive, no-bake dessert lasagna layered with minty flavor and green hues, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Golden Oreos (36 cookies), crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • Green food coloring
  • St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or by hand, and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and a few drops of green food coloring until evenly mixed.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer over the chilled crust. Return to the fridge.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 3 1/4 cups cold milk until thickened.
  7. Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 5–10 minutes to set.
  8. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and green food coloring (if desired) for extra color.
  9. Sprinkle with St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles and mini marshmallows if using.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • You can use mint Oreos for an extra minty flavor.
  • Adjust the green food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
  • Let it set overnight for best results.
