Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 lb raw shrimp (medium size, peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
