Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour (plus more for dusting)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each ball into a round or oval naan shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each naan for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings or dips.
Notes
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by combining 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Brush cooked naan with melted butter or garlic butter for extra flavor.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a day or two.
