Description

This Sloppy Joe Casserole with Manwich is a delicious, easy-to-make comfort food featuring ground beef, pasta, and cheesy goodness baked into a hearty dish the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz) can Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef (and diced onion, if using) until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Add Manwich sauce to the cooked beef and stir to combine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until evenly coated with the meat mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
