Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, washed and diced
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, melted butter, and water until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes in the slow cooker and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
