Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 6 cups milk
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus more for garnish)
 - 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus more for garnish)
 - Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions
- Add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, caramel sauce, and sea salt to the slow cooker.
 - Stir to combine all ingredients.
 - Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t stick to the bottom.
 - Once fully heated and creamy, ladle into mugs.
 - Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
 - Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
- You can use milk chocolate chips for a sweeter version.
 - Add more or less caramel and salt to adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
 - This can be kept warm on the “keep warm” setting of your slow cooker during parties.
