Ingredients

  • 4 ounces hot-smoked salmon (optional)

  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
  • Mini bagels or bagel slices, toasted
  • Optional additions: sliced radishes, olives, pickled onions, avocado slices

Instructions
