Ingredients
- 1 package Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 3 tbsp caramel topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, butter, and egg until well mixed.
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Distribute half of the cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the pan.
- Evenly sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar packet over the dough.
- Spread the apple pie filling over this layer.
- Drop the remaining cookie dough in spoonfuls over the apple pie filling.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Drizzle caramel topping over everything.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm or allow to cool slightly. Top with additional caramel if desired.
Notes
- For extra texture, add chopped pecans or walnuts to the filling.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for a more indulgent dessert.
- You can use homemade apple pie filling if preferred.
