Description

Snickers Salad is a sweet and creamy dessert salad made with tart apples, chopped Snickers bars, and a whipped topping mixture. It’s perfect for potlucks, family gatherings, and holidays.

Ingredients

  • 6 Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 6 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (12 oz) tub of Cool Whip (or whipped topping)
  • Caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined with the pudding mixture.
  3. Chop the Granny Smith apples and Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the chopped apples and Snickers to the pudding mixture and gently stir until everything is coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use tart apples like Granny Smith to balance the sweetness of the Snickers and Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate leftovers and consume within 1-2 days for best texture.
  • You can substitute homemade whipped cream for Cool Whip if preferred.
