Description
A refreshing and vibrant sparkling raspberry lemonade cocktail made with fresh raspberries, lemonade, and champagne. Perfect for summer gatherings or brunches.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup champagne or sparkling wine
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the raspberries until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- In a pitcher, combine the raspberry puree and lemonade. Stir well.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the raspberry lemonade mixture into each glass, filling about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling water or club soda instead of champagne.
- You can adjust the sweetness by using more or less lemonade.
