Description

A refreshing and vibrant sparkling raspberry lemonade cocktail made with fresh raspberries, lemonade, and champagne. Perfect for summer gatherings or brunches.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup champagne or sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the raspberries until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the raspberry puree and lemonade. Stir well.
  4. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the raspberry lemonade mixture into each glass, filling about two-thirds full.
  6. Top each glass with champagne or sparkling wine.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling water or club soda instead of champagne.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by using more or less lemonade.
