Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 scallion, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, maple syrup, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Mix well.
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until fully coated and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili garlic sauce or sriracha.
