Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the shrimp, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 4–5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust the heat to taste.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  4. To assemble the wraps, layer shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, cooked shrimp, and a generous drizzle of the Sriracha mayo on each tortilla.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
