Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mound.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spread the mixture thinner before baking.
- Frozen spinach can be used if thawed and thoroughly drained.
- Serve with sour cream, ranch dip, or marinara sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
