Description

These Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are crispy, cheesy bites packed with creamy spinach dip flavor. They are a savory low-carb snack perfect for parties, appetizers, or quick keto-friendly munching.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mound.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spread the mixture thinner before baking.
  • Frozen spinach can be used if thawed and thoroughly drained.
  • Serve with sour cream, ranch dip, or marinara sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
