Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
 - 1/4 cup almond flour
 - 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
 - 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
 - Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

 - Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
 - Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes
- Use dairy-free cream cheese and plant-based milk for a vegan version.
 - Swap freeze-dried strawberries with other berries for variation.
 - Add a scoop of collagen powder for extra protein boost.
