Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a delicious, no-bake snack packed with protein and the creamy flavor of cheesecake, balanced with the natural sweetness of strawberries. Perfect for a post-workout boost or healthy indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk of choice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until fully combined. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until the texture is sticky enough to roll into balls.
  4. Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free cream cheese and plant-based milk for a vegan version.
  • Swap freeze-dried strawberries with other berries for variation.
  • Add a scoop of collagen powder for extra protein boost.
