Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp almond milk (as needed for consistency)
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add softened cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
- Gradually add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Place the balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
