Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a quick, no-bake healthy snack made with simple ingredients like oats, protein powder, cream cheese, and freeze-dried strawberries. Perfect for meal prep, they’re packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 tbsp almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, flaxseed, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture holds together well but isn’t too wet.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
  5. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
