Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Reese’s Cups are a sweet and creamy twist on the classic peanut butter cup, layered with melted chocolate, a strawberry cheesecake filling, and a graham cracker crunch.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Spoon melted chocolate into each liner to form a base. Chill until set.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate base in each liner.
  5. Top with a final layer of melted chocolate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
