Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 (3.4 oz) box of cheesecake instant pudding mix

1 cup milk

½ cup powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue beating until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the cheesecake pudding mix with the milk until it thickens.
