Ingredients
- 2 cups (288g) frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (252g) frozen bananas
- ½ cup (115ml) coconut water (filtered water or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (or 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and all ingredients are fully combined.
Notes
- If the shake is too thick, add a little more coconut water or milk of choice.
- For a sweeter drink, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
- You can substitute coconut water with almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk if preferred.
