Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (288g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (252g) frozen bananas
  • ½ cup (115ml) coconut water (filtered water or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (or 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and all ingredients are fully combined.

Notes

  • If the shake is too thick, add a little more coconut water or milk of choice.
  • For a sweeter drink, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
  • You can substitute coconut water with almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk if preferred.
