Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make a deep cut along the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket.
- Stuff the pockets evenly with the cheese mixture.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with crushed Doritos.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the crust is golden and crispy.
