Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sliced squash and chopped onion over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
