Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil and ground cinnamon. If using honey or maple syrup, add it to the mixture as well.
  3. Toss the banana slices in the cinnamon mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

  6. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the banana chips are crispy and golden brown.
