Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil and ground cinnamon. If using honey or maple syrup, add it to the mixture as well.
- Toss the banana slices in the cinnamon mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the banana chips are crispy and golden brown.
- Let the chips cool before serving.
