Ingredients
- 1/2 tangerine, cut into wedges
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 ounces white rum
- Ice cubes
- Club soda, to top
- Mint sprig and tangerine slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the tangerine and lime wedges into a glass.
- Add the sugar and mint leaves.
- Muddle the ingredients together to release the juices and mint oils.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the white rum.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a tangerine slice.
Notes
- Use freshly squeezed tangerine juice for a stronger citrus flavor if preferred.
- Adjust sugar to taste depending on sweetness of tangerine.
