These tasty frozen peanut butter banana bites are a simple, no-bake treat made with fresh banana slices, creamy peanut butter, and a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange half of them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
- Top with another banana slice to create small sandwiches.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour, or until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana bite into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Freeze again for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is set. Serve frozen.

- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- You can use dark chocolate or milk chocolate based on preference.
- For added texture, sprinkle crushed nuts or sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
