Description

A festive and refreshing autumn-inspired cider punch made with a mix of apple cider, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and spiced rum. Perfect for holiday gatherings and fall celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 12 cups spiced rum (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 12 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple cider, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and spiced rum.
  2. Add the maple syrup, if using, and stir well to combine.
  3. Mix in the cinnamon sticks, apple slices, orange slices, and pomegranate arils.
  4. Refrigerate the punch for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the ginger beer for fizz.
  6. Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

Notes

  • Adjust the rum to taste based on your preference for stronger or lighter punch.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add extra ginger beer or sparkling apple cider.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge (without ginger beer).
