Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and pound them to an even thickness if needed.
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning on both sides.
