Description

A comforting turkey stuffing casserole layered with savory turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, and fluffy stuffing, baked until golden and warm. Perfect for using leftover turkey in a hearty, holiday-style meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or roughly chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey gravy
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups cut green beans (cooked or canned, drained)
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons butter (divided into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the shredded or chopped turkey evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour the turkey gravy over the turkey, spreading it to cover the meat.
  4. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the gravy and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Add the green beans on top of the cranberry sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Spread the prepared stuffing over the green beans, pressing it down gently to form an even layer. Dot the top with the butter pieces.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden and the casserole is heated through.
  8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe works well with leftover roasted turkey.
  • Fresh, frozen, or canned green beans can be used; just ensure they are drained well.
  • If you prefer a crispier topping, broil the casserole for 2–3 minutes after baking.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
