Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (such as farfalle or shells)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
