These two-ingredient lemon bars are an ultra-simple, tangy-sweet dessert made with just lemon pie filling and angel food cake mix. Perfect for a quick treat or a last-minute dessert, they’re light, fluffy, and full of citrus flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) angel food cake mix
 - 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling. Stir until well combined. Do not overmix.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
 - Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
- Do not add water or any other ingredients to the cake mix.
 - The batter will be fluffy and airy; avoid overmixing to maintain texture.
 - These bars are best enjoyed the same day but can be stored in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
 - For a tangier flavor, you can add a teaspoon of lemon zest.
