Description

A vibrant vegan charcuterie board filled with plant-based cheeses, fruits, dips, and crunchy accompaniments, perfect for entertaining or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 23 vegan cheeses (a mix of different flavours and styles)
  • 12 vegan mock meats, such as sausages and hams, sliced
  • 1 jar savoury dip, hummus or tapenade
  • 1 jar jam, jelly or preserve
  • 12 small baguettes or loaves good quality bread, sliced
  • 1 pack crackers
  • 1 jar olives, sun-dried tomatoes or pickles
  • 23 cups fresh fruits or berries, sliced if needed
  • 2 cups raw vegetable sticks
  • 2/3 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary sprigs)

Instructions

  1. Spread the vegan cheeses across a large platter or board, spacing them out for visual balance.
  2. Arrange sliced vegan meats in a fanned pattern near the cheeses.
  3. Place savoury dips, hummus, and jam or jelly into small bowls and set them on the board.
  4. Fan out sliced bread and crackers around the cheeses, meats, and dips.
  5. Add olives, pickles, or other tangy items in small bowls and place them on the board.
  6. Fill remaining spaces with clusters of fresh fruit, vegetable sticks, nuts, and herbs.
  7. Cut a wedge from larger cheeses for presentation and place serving utensils nearby. Serve and enjoy.
