Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries (for strawberry version)
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 23 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the avocados, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. For the chocolate version, add cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. For the strawberry version, add fresh strawberries and blend until smooth.
  5. For the vanilla version, prepare as is without adding cocoa or strawberries.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture, or serve immediately.
