Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries (for strawberry version)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add the avocados, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- For the chocolate version, add cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.
- For the strawberry version, add fresh strawberries and blend until smooth.
- For the vanilla version, prepare as is without adding cocoa or strawberries.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture, or serve immediately.
