Description

These Western breakfast sliders are savory, cheesy mini sandwiches packed with eggs, ham, and peppers, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in diced ham, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Pour mixture into a skillet over medium heat and cook, stirring, until eggs are set.
  5. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  6. Evenly spread the egg mixture over the buns and top with cheese slices.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  8. Brush melted butter over the tops.
  9. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  10. Remove, slice, and serve warm.
