This Whipped Feta Dip is a creamy, tangy, and savory appetizer made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. It’s perfect for serving with fresh veggies, pita, or crackers and comes together in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese block (in brine preferred)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about half a lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: honey, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crumble the feta cheese and pulse a few times.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and oregano. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and optional toppings.
  5. Serve with pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
