Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and garlic to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add the chopped fresh dill and pulse a few times to incorporate without fully blending the herbs.
  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil, extra dill, and lemon zest if desired.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with pita, vegetables, or crackers.
