Description
Whipped Pink Lemonade is a creamy and refreshing summer drink combining fresh lemon juice, pink lemonade, and a whipped topping. Perfect for hot days and summer gatherings.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
2 cups cold water
1 cup pink lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, cold water, and pink lemonade concentrate. Stir until well mixed.
- Add powdered sugar to taste, and mix again until the sugar is dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Once the whipped cream is ready, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk for added creaminess.
- To serve, add ice cubes to a glass, then pour the lemonade mixture over the ice.
- Spoon a generous amount of whipped cream topping onto each glass of lemonade.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a cherry, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe makes 4-6 servings.
- Best served fresh for the best whipped cream texture.
- Store the lemonade base in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
- Whipped cream may lose its texture when stored, so it’s best to whip it fresh each time.
- You can add alcohol, like vodka or rum, for an adult twist.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream or a plant-based whipped topping.
