Description

Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)

2 cups cold water

1 cup pink lemonade concentrate

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, cold water, and pink lemonade concentrate. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add powdered sugar to taste, and mix again until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Once the whipped cream is ready, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk for added creaminess.
  5. To serve, add ice cubes to a glass, then pour the lemonade mixture over the ice.
