Ingredients

Instructions
- Let the butter soften at room temperature until smooth and easy to whip.
- Wash, hull, and finely chop or mash the strawberries. Pat off excess moisture if needed.
- Add the softened butter, strawberries, powdered sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Beat with a hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until light, fluffy, and evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Transfer the whipped strawberry butter to a serving dish or airtight container and chill briefly if you prefer a firmer texture.
