Description

This no-bake White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna is a creamy, fruity dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, a luscious white chocolate cream cheese filling, and fresh blueberries, topped with white chocolate curls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate curls

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually blend in melted white chocolate.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Sprinkle with half of the blueberries.
  6. Repeat with another layer of cream mixture and blueberries.
  7. Garnish with white chocolate curls.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
