Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate curls
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Melt white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually blend in melted white chocolate.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Sprinkle with half of the blueberries.
- Repeat with another layer of cream mixture and blueberries.
- Garnish with white chocolate curls.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
