Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Pinch of sea salt for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges hang over for easy removal.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Mix until evenly combined.
- Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top.
- Add the remaining white chocolate mixture over the caramel layer. Spread evenly, then drizzle the remaining caramel sauce. Swirl the caramel with a knife for a marbled design.
- Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until fully set. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
