Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges hang over for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top.
  5. Add the remaining white chocolate mixture over the caramel layer. Spread evenly, then drizzle the remaining caramel sauce. Swirl the caramel with a knife for a marbled design.
  6. Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until fully set. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
