Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar to a small bowl or jar.
- Whisk in Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk or shake vigorously until the dressing is fully emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
