Description
This air fryer garlic bread is crispy on the outside, buttery on the inside, and topped with melty parmesan and mozzarella cheese. It comes together in just minutes for an easy side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley or red pepper flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut side of each ciabatta roll.
- Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over each piece of bread.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket cut side up. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley or red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
- Use French bread or baguette if ciabatta rolls are unavailable.
- For extra crispiness, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to restore crisp texture.
